Michelle Castillon is Vee Healthtek’s Chief Product Transformation Officer. In this role, she harnesses breakthrough technologies to develop tailored solutions for payers and providers. Her ability to lead global teams in product development has allowed Vee Healthtek to streamline operations and exceed client expectations for the nation’s top healthcare organizations. With in-depth experience in revenue cycle management operations, client services, and product management, she is passionate about building customer-centric, data-driven solutions that accelerate growth. 

Michelle’s 25 years in the healthcare industry have uniquely positioned her to drive strategic innovation and foster operational excellence. Prior to joining Vee Healthtek, she served as Sr. Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management at Med-Metrix. There, she established new processes for product development that promoted long-lasting client relationships. Before working at Med-Metrix, she was Vice President, AR Operations at Conifer Health Solutions, where she led a 2,000-person team in AR collections and denial management. Also at Conifer Health Solutions, she developed advanced revenue cycle management solutions as Vice President, Product Line Management. These executive positions have provided her with extensive expertise in healthcare business process technology. 

Michelle attended Georgia Southern University, where she studied sociology. She has been a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association since 2012.
