Prior to this role, she advised healthcare provider, payer, and managed services organizations on compliance, reimbursement models, licensure, and strategic transactions. Early in her career, before entering the legal field, she worked as a registered nurse, coordinating clinical care delivery, case management, and patient education. Today, her interdisciplinary background gives her a unique perspective on healthcare operations that allows her to bridge clinical insight with legal strategy.
